Shotro wants its website and services to be usable by people of all abilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target.

1. Our Approach

We aim to support keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, meaningful page structure and labels, text alternatives for informative images, adequate color contrast, zoom and reflow, reduced-motion preferences, and compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies.

Accessibility is part of our design, engineering, content, and quality-assurance work. We review new experiences and prioritize issues that prevent access to core tasks.

2. Current Limitations

Shotro is an evolving AI creative platform. Some generated media may not include useful captions, transcripts, audio descriptions, or text alternatives automatically. Complex timeline, canvas, preview, drag-and-drop, and third-party payment or authentication interfaces may also present limitations with some assistive technologies. Third-party content is governed in part by the accessibility practices of its provider.

We do not intend this list to be exhaustive. If an experience creates a barrier, please tell us so we can investigate and offer reasonable assistance or an alternative where feasible.

3. Feedback and Assistance

Email support@shotro.ai with the subject “Accessibility.” Please identify the page or feature, describe the barrier, and tell us your preferred contact method and any accommodation that would help. Do not include sensitive information you do not want processed.

We will acknowledge accessibility feedback, assess its severity and impact, and work toward remediation on a reasonable timeline. Critical barriers to account access, purchasing, privacy choices, or core service functions receive priority. If we cannot promptly remove a barrier, we will try to provide the information or service through another reasonable method.
